The Game Has Changed: Making the Most of Your Years at Boğaziçi University

Getting into Boğaziçi University is a remarkable achievement, but it is only the beginning. The skills that brought you here are not necessarily the ones that will take you forward. University life requires more than solving problems and passing exams: it demands initiative, expertise, communication, organization, and the ability to build meaningful relationships.

This seminar will explore how to make the most of your university years, from starting strong academically and navigating university resources to engaging with professors, alumni, and opportunities beyond campus. We will discuss how to develop your professional network, pursue ambitious goals, build a reputation, and take responsibility for your own future.

Four years may seem like a long time, but they will pass quickly. The question is not simply how to succeed at Boğaziçi, but how to use your time here to prepare for everything that comes next.
