I am currently a PhD student in English Language Education at İstanbul Üniversitesi-Cerrahpaşa. I hold an MA in TESOL from UCL Institute of Education and a Cambridge CELTA qualification. With over 15 years of experience in London, I have worked with diverse multilingual learners in further education and ESOL settings. Since returning to Türkiye, my teaching has focused on university preparatory students, specifically academic English and communication skills. My current doctoral research explores Global Englishes, listening pedagogy, and technology-mediated learning.
