Dr. Fetiye Erbil is an instructor at Boğaziçi University School of Foreign Languages, Preparatory Unit. She has taken roles in the Writing and Academic Support Center, Testing Office, and Student Support services at SFL. Prior to Bogazici University, she worked at Altınbas University and Istanbul University. She has also given courses at the Faculty of Education at Bilgi University and Bogazici University on Academic Writing, Critical Reading, and Thinking, Educational Psychology, Sociology of Education, History of Education and Research Skills.

Fetiye Erbil completed her PhD at the Learning Sciences Program of Bogazici University. Her research interests include social-emotional learning, teacher professional development, teacher learning communities, and education policy.

Social Emotional Learning, Teacher Professional Development, Teacher Learning, Educational Policy, Children’s Participation Right, Childhood Studies, Children’s Human Rights, Democratic Education, Qualitative Research, Design-Based Research.
