Candidates who are not Boğaziçi University students can also take the BÜYES/BUEPT exam. These candidates are required to make both application and payment in order to take the exam. Application and payment details for such candidates are announced in the “Announcements” section of our website approximately two weeks before the exam.

Non-Boğaziçi University students are not eligible to partiall pass the BÜYES/BUEPT exam. In order to prove their English proficiency, these students are required to pass the entire exam, or if they have obtained the total score from the TOEFL iBT or IELTS Academic exams specified on the Equivalent Exams and Other Exemption Rules page, but have not obtained the required score in the Writing section, they must take and successfully complete the Writing (TWE) section of the exam.
