I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Sociology at Bogazici University's Institute for Graduate Studies in Social Sciences, specializing in Gender and Sexuality Studies. Before this, I completed a Master of Arts in Cultural Studies from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Bachelor of Arts in Western Languages and Literatures from Bogazici University. Additionally, I hold a Musical Theatre Certificate from Istanbul University State Conservatory.
My professional experience as an ELT instructor before joining BOUN SFL encompasses various roles at different institutions. As a lecturer at Istinye University's Foreigna Languages Department, I have taught Academic English to prep-school students, designed comprehensive content-based teaching materials, and created and conducted English proficiency exams. As an International Students Division Coordinator at the same institution, I have effectively handled communication with international students while also creating and administering placement and proficiency exams. I also served as the Proficiency Level-Head, coordinating higher proficiency level classes and preparing their academic writing materials and tasks. Before joining İstinye University, I worked as a Part-Time native-like English Teacher at KADRO Anatolian High School and DILKO Kids Language School, focusing on enhancing students' speaking skills.
