Roger has been working with Boğaziçi University since 2023. Prior to this, he spent ten years at Maltepe University, where he worked as an English language instructor, coordinator, and member of the testing office. Before transitioning into education in 2012, Roger worked in the business and finance sector, holding roles in management and training within several of the UK’s largest financial organisations. He holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management.
